The value of a tree does not end with the obvious beauty it adds to our surroundings. Trees also purify the air, create barriers to sound, manufacture oxygen, and conserve energy by providing cooling shade in summer and wind reduction in winter.

In spite of their value, trees are often taken for granted.  When neglected – knowingly or unknowingly – a tree can quickly shift from a prized asset into a dangerous liability.  Under increased environmental stress, particularly drought, they can decline or even die… creating a perilous situation for property and people alike.
